comprehensive training.
1. Adequate publicity through all media for:

f. Encouraging new volunteers to serve on election boards,
g. Voter information on absentee ballot acquisition, permanent registration locations, and dates of registration other than legal notices.
2. Comprehensive training of inspectors, judges, and new members of election boards to insure complete understanding of their legal responsibilities.
3. The League supports the enforcement of existing laws concerning campaign fund expenditures reporting for candidates and ballot measures.
